The 2026 EIAA Annual Technical Conference will be a full two-day event!!

  • Day one, Friday February 6th, will feature the formal portion of the conference, such as, Submission Items & Reports.
  • Day two, Saturday February 7th, will consist of four technical presentations.

The conference is being offered as a hybrid event, people can attend either virtually or in-person.

Breakfast & Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees both days.

Hotel Information

Room Rates:
  • Coast King Room: $129 per night + tax
  • Coast Two Queen Room: $144 per night + tax
These rates are based on double occupancy. Please note that there will be an additional charge of $20 per night for each extra guest.
  Kindly note that children currently are not able to be added to the reservation. Please just bypass this option and reserve the size of the room you require.  
 
Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a No-Show charge.
Complimentary Shuttle Service: We offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport for your convenience. If you require this service, please contact us at 780-955-7744 to arrange your pickup.
